Tips to maintain proper bowel movement,

*Drink lots of water a day.

Angelicae Sinensis Radix Other names: Dong Quai , Chinese Angelica
The dried root of Angelica sinensis (Oliv.) Diels (Fam.Umbelliferae).
Action: To enrich Blood, activate blood circulation, regulate
menstruation, relieve pain, and relax bowels.
Indication : Anemia with dizziness and palpitation; menstrual
disorders; amenorrhea; dysmenorrhea; constipation;rheumatic arthralgia;
traumatic injuries; carbuncles;boils and sores.
Presentation: Angelica sinensis (Dong Quai ) , ranks as
the best selling Chinese traditional herbs and most widely used
medicinal herb outside and inside of China. Traditionally, it has
been primarily used as an antispasmodic, and to prevent and treat
allergy symptoms, control anemia and allay headaches due to blood
deficiency, manage high blood pressure, reduce ulcers, allay constipation,
control rheumatism, and ‘purify’ the blood.
Taken as a single herb is prohibited during pregnancy (
particularly during the first 3 months) or by women with
a history of spontaneous abortion.
